Jennison Place Condominiums

Conversion of the Jennison Hardware Building to residential condos. Located on the Saginaw River in downtown Bay City, Michigan. This building was originally designed by Albert Kahn in 1924. It now has 27 condos, all viewing the river, and Studio 23 arts center on the ground floor.
