The 3 level home allows for family space on the ground floor, complete with motorized screened lanai, protected pool and play area, 2nd floor kids rooms, and 3rd floor exercise & entertainment spaces with outdoor access from all levels. The angled design of the home maximized views down-river and all the way to the Saginaw Bay.
