Elk Rapids Home on Lake Michigan
This cedar clad home has angled sides, conforming to the lot lines. This increases the views from every room. A combination of pilings and footings was used to maximize the restrictive site. A storage building is connected by a bridged screen porch above to conform to the one-building-per-site code. Living spaces are on the 2nd floor, taking advantage of views and raised ceilings while all sleeping spaces are below.
